Sit n' b' Fit has been rebranded as B Active n' b' Fit. We have got Nordic walking, Zumba, Zumba Gold and Yoga Laughter, Boxercise, Lad n' Dads and Youth Moves. Contact us for more information.

Cancer Awareness

We are currently holding cancer awareness sessions based around early presentations to GP’s on Bowel Breast & Lung Cancer.
Reiki
August 2009
We now have 2 new Reiki teachers at Sit 'N' 'B' Fit. Reiki is theraputic treatment administered through the palms and is used to promote healing energies within the body.
Funding for Sit 'N' B Fit

Sit 'N' 'B' Fit are proud to have received Citywide SIB Funding & SEIF Funding (we are the first in North East to receive this). We also featured on Channel 4's Secret Millionaire programme and received £15,000 for an admin worker, who has now started,and this has enabled Lynn to develop the company even further!
